IPU CET Exam 2025: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IPU) CET has announced the application form for the entrance exam CET 2025. Students can fill out the application form by 15th August 2025. Students can register for the exam on the official website of IPU. IPU CET 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Students must meet the eligibility criteria to be able to sit in the IPU CET 2025. All the undergraduate and postgraduate courses have different eligibility criteria that the student needs to fulfill before appearing for the entrance exam.
- To take admission in the science programs students must have a minimum aggregate of 55% in 10+2 with English as a compulsory subject.For courses like MCA, M.TECH students require a minimum aggregate of 55% in their bachelor degree and mathematics as compulsory subjects.
- To take admission in bachelor’s of arts programs students require a minimum aggregate of 55% in 10+2. For undergraduate courses like BA in English, hotel management and LLB students require a minimum aggregate of 50% in 10+2 with English as a compulsory language.
- Students are required to submit all the valid documents while filling the information in the application form.
- After the application form is submitted, students can appear for the entrance exam IPU CET 2025 in April 2025.
IPU CET 2025 Admit Card
IPU CET 2025 Admit Card is going to be issued in the month of April 2025 to students who successfully completed the IPU CET 2025 registration. Once the application filling procedure is successfully completed,students can avail the admit cards before the IPU CET 2025 exam date . The admit cards are made available 2 to 3 days before the entrance exam date.

Students can download after they get access through login ID and password. Once the IPU CET Admit card is successfully downloaded, students are required to paste a recent passport-size photograph on it.
IPU CET 2025 Exam Pattern
The admissions for the new academic session 2025-26 in IPU is based on the IPU CET entrance exam, which is an all-India level exam conducted by the university. Students appearing in the IPU CET 2025 exam need to be aware of the IPU CET Exam Pattern which will help in improving their scores. IPU CET Exam Pattern is in the multiple-choice format, in which there are 150 questions with 4 choices and only 1 is the correct answer. The exam pattern remains the same for all 45 different courses in the IPU CET 2025-26 entrance exam. The marking scheme for the exam is as follows:
- Each question carries 4 marks.
- 1 mark is deducted for every wrong answer as negative marking is applied.
- For every correct answer, 4 marks will be awarded
- For unanswered questions, marks will not be deducted.
- If the students have corrected more than 1 option, the question will be treated as wrong answer and 1 mark will be deducted.
- The medium of the exam is in English only.
- The exam is conducted in pen and paper mode.
IPU CET Result 2025
After the IPU CET Exam date has been announced and the entrance exam has been conducted successfully for all the 45 different courses, the results can be expected in July by the university. The results will be declared online on the university’s official website for undergraduate, postgraduate, and other courses. The result link will be displayed on the official website of the university. Once the result link is selected by the student, their login ID and password are required to generate the result sheet. The result is structured on a merit or rank basis for each student who appeared for the IPU CET 2025 exam.
